So I had vein treatments performed here I wanted done months ago but was hesitant to do so due to some fears I had. Dr Dohner and his staff are absolutely amazing,caring,and so nice. They provided me with all the help and care and information that I needed and asked for. They made me feel relaxed and calm and comfortable throughout the procedures and the follow-up care. I am so happy I finally got this done and now wish I had it done earlier.

I am not big on reviewing places, but I really wanted to share my experience. I don’t want to sound dramatic, but dark circles have plagued my face all my life. They have tanked my self esteem since I was 11 years old; I have spent so much money on makeup and concealer and coverups and creams, essentially to no avail. They have been my biggest insecurity my whole life. After one consultation and a very, VERY quick laser procedure, that all changed. I had dark blue veins zapped off from underneath my eyes that dramatically changed the appearance of my eyes. Immediately after the procedure, underneath my eyes looked better with not a spot of makeup then they have EVER looked with even the most expensive, top of the line products. That is not an exaggeration. For the first time in my ENTIRE life, I went to a store with no makeup. And I felt comfortable! I cannot emphasize enough how...

The staff is so amazing, they make you feel so cared for and valued. I feel they really care and want to make sure any and all concerns are heard and responded to.

I would like to thank the staff at NYSVC, especially Dr. Dohner who has treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel important.
My life has completely changed since meeting Dr. Dohner - all for the best! The atmosphere at the Binghamton location is second to none. The entire staff will always make you feel important and welcome when you walk in the door. Truly great people who care! Thank you Dr. Dohner and entire staff!

Canceled my appointment and got an email from them saying I canceled it?? Tried to tell them I wanted it still when I got the email but the doc had to leave early…annoying

After seeing their latest reply to an unhappy customer, I don't think I am going through with my consultation. Even if you do not agree with someone, you need the common decency to be respectful unless they are cursing and threatening you.

Did a bunch of sessions with no results, throwing away so much money for nothing. Decided to go to a dermatologist which stated they should not have been pushing to dry my skin out with all their ZO products and that I'd likely see far better results without the upsetting going on here.

EDIT: Seeing the reply from owner was shocking. "Sorry for your fake name". Not even a real apology and condescending reply, how could I trust they wouldn't ruin my face out of spite after that? Incredibly unprofessional.
