Carolina and her ladies saved our butts! After my mom was scammed by another online company I called New Horizon hoping I could schedule them for the next day for a move in cleaning and Carolina was beyond helpful and was able to send over 2 ladies that day within hours of my phone call. Her price was more than reasonable and the service provided was great! Because of her quick work we were able to stay on track with our moving plans. Cant thank them enough!!!

I enlisted the help of Carolina and her team at New Horizon Cleaning for regular weekly house cleaning over a year ago. They’ve also done deep cleaning for me. They are reliable, friendly, trustworthy and they do a fantastic, thorough job. They’re also incredibly accommodating and work around our schedule. Remote work and school made for a bit of a puzzle and they were so adaptable to our changing needs. I love having a neat, clean, fresh smelling home every week thanks to their service. We just started using New Horizon Cleaning and couldn’t be happier. Carolina came out for an initial evaluation and she was courteous and thorough in her walkthrough and asked about all the services we would be needing. Our first deep clean was nothing short of amazing. Every inch of the home was touched and left spotless. We’ve continued with biweekly cleanings and the technicians have been incredibly detailed in ensuring every area of the home is left dust free - difficult to do as we have a home renovation going on at the same time! We are thrilled to have found New Horizon Cleaning and look forward to continued cleaning with them.
