I recently had an NVR I purchased online go out and needed to have it fixed or replaced. I called New Generation Home Pro and they sent someone out to diagnose it. The NVR turned out to be bad so we went ahead and replaced it. We now have all of our cameras up and running and I will be calling them again to add equipment to it later. Shawn was clean cut and professional, he did an amazing job getting all of our concerns taken care of. We are looking forward to working with them in the future.

After years of shoddy, overpriced service from our old alarm company, we were looking to find something different. Happily, I found New Generation Home Pro. They ended up being able to use our pre-wired system that we paid for with the house and not selling us wireless sensors like the last company did. The last company also made us get a second account to cover our mother n law quarters, but New Generation Home Pro was able to cover it with 1 account saving us a lot of money. We also love the fact that we are not stuck in a long term contract anymore. I highly recommend New Generation Home Pro for anything security.
