New Generation Home Pro Inc. - Conroe

I own a coworking space in Conroe that needed a solid security cam setup. We went with New Generation Home Pro to do the work and we were extremely happy with them. I had a tall request of trying to get a live feed of beautiful Lake Conroe on to a large TV in our coworking bar area. Their team made it happen with an incredible camera on our roof that can zoom in from our building and see boats as clearly as if they are right next to us… amazing! The camera system they set up for actual security, some of which cover 360 degrees, is perfect and well thought out. I’ve worked with other companies for security installs and this was the best experience I’ve had from quote to delivery.

We have New Generation at our business PV ready mix.
The cameras and alarm works great and love using the apps on my phone.
Also if there is a problem with connections or alarms whatever the case is they are prompt to take care of the problem to help make sure it’s Running efficiently

We had 2 outdoor cameras and a doorbell camera installed. Everyone we dealt with at New Generation was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing was very reasonable and the installers we on time (which is incredibly rare these days) and everything went really smooth. They were both very polite, capable, experienced and explained everything so that we could understand. When they were done, they cleaned up after themselves and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend New Generation Home Pro for your security camera and WiFi mesh needs. Had a doorbell camera installed and WiFi mesh system put in and couldn’t be happier. Also got a much-needed wire drop to help the workflow for my home office.

The doorbell camera they installed is MUCH better than our previous Ring doorbell. Video resolution is much clearer.

Shout out to Andrew for the great work during install and after with cleanup. The place was immaculate when he left. Five stars!
