Nettoyage Krystal Clean was referred to us by a family member. We had water damage to the ceiling that was caused by water leaking from the tenant on the second floor. The ceiling had to be redone and because of the plastering, the house was a total mess and very dusty on the main floor and basement. Nettoyage Kristal Clean showed up on time with all their equipment. They went around the house and took the time to look at everything and the 2 very professional cleaners who were here prepared a game plan for the day. To me that was a WOW from the get go (showing up on time and preparing a game plan). They explained and showed me what they would be doing which I really appreciated.
