NEPA CLEANING PROS

I could not be happier with the job that Joleen, Timothy, and Chrissy did on my parents' apartment. They were punctual, respectful, and courteous. The home has never been so clean. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.

First time using this service. I was impressed with the job they did. Great quality work.

Just had Joleen and Dani in for our first maintenance clean. I decided to go with NEPA Cleaning Pros because I took comfort in believing that there was a structure in place to maintain a standard of service, and I was right! I walked into the house after the service and the satisfying smell of cleaning products was stronger than any other cleaning service I have used. Joleen and Dani accomplished exactly what we wanted to get done and still had some time to take care of a little bit more! The house not only smelled clean, but was actually clean. The bathtub does not have a grime ring around it and the shower doors are spotless. Excited that I may have finally crossed a task of my list. Looking forward to working with NEPA Cleaning Pros for the long haul.

NEPA CLEANING PROS….lets start with filling in a request for quote…received an immediate call back, that was impressive! (Never received call back from 2other places). 3 woman came at 0900 and worked like a fine oiled machine. The woman were friendly and kind and I really enjoyed them….we had a great day….i hated to see them go! I am putting in for the monthly cleaning because I deserve it!!! Byron came to my home after a plaster ceiling had fallen and assured me that his team would do a wonderful job and not to worry. I did not have a long wait for the team to arrive! I was very pleased with the cleaning crew that made my house sparkle! Robert, Allison, JJ and Joleen were personable, professional and everyone knew their job! They presented to me different products that clean just as well if not better, saving time and energy!!! Thank you for the advice. As for my carpets I didn't think there was hope for them. I was amazed how Bill was able to make them look so much newer! He did a fabulous job!

Byron is on top of his scheduling game, he was able to schedule me in last minute for a big job and he sent me a dream team.
And these people are THOROUGH.
Every door, window, baseboard, little piece of hardware, every single surface I had never thought about was shining and looked like new. The entire house smelled so fresh and fabulous. I am amazed. Four cleaners came for about 5 hours to scour every part of this home post renovation, and these people know how to do it. I never thought this place would feel (and smell!) so clean.
