What a perfect way to start the holiday season with a fresh clean house! The professionals at NEPA cleaning took away one of the biggest stressors of having to worry about cleaning the house to get ready for guests! There is so much else to do with Christmas creeping up right behind Thanksgiving and now my major cleaning is out of the way. Staff was thorough and professional. Easy process from start to finish!

To be fair they did a good job in what they did clean. But they didnt do the floors or walls. I asked specifically for the apartment itself to be cleaned because I dont trust my slumlord. I would recommend hiring them but not near the holiday season or if you want your apartment cleaned because your planning on moving out, get your stuff out first. Also someone left a bleach covered rag in a box of old video games, and when I got home the front door of the apartment building was locked but my apartment was left unlocked.

The ABSOLUTE worst! Don’t expect beds to be made or anything to actually be cleaned! They didn’t even lift a bowl on the counter to clean around it. Byron is a loud mouth and a bully who will try to shake you down for money for a poorly done job. RUN somewhere else for cleaning services. This place is the WORST!!!!!!!
