NEPA CLEANING PROS

First and last time i will use this service. The crew arrived on time and were very pleasant. The issue arose because their vacuum wasn't working properly. They said the problem was resolved and continued. They later hurried out the door on to the next job without doing a walk around with me. When I walked around the house, I noticed that the rugs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed, a few spots on the floor had dust bunnies that had been overlooked, and the bathroom floor had dirt left behind by the mop. I called the office to report the issues and was confronted with attitude for bringing it up. It made me angry that a person in customer service would behave as he did. My 75 year old husband vacuumed for me because my back is bad. I will never use them again because of his hostile attitude.

The cleaning crew were on time , eager to get going to the job at hand, thorough, and positive comments always. Bre is extremely good at leading the team and working right beside them all the time. The cost is a little high but worth every penny. They left my house sparkling. I hope to see them again in a few weeks.

I love nepa cleaning pros because they went above and beyond during my time of need/illness. My apartment was probably the worst they have ever seen and they took on the job. They cleaned it to basically a brand new apartment, when before it was basically uninhabitable. Byron even offered me a ride from the hospital as well as flooring options for the future. I felt cared about and well taken care of. Even when I had no family support, Byron and his company were more compassionate and helpful then my own flesh and blood. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are a God send/good people. Any future business I need will be with them.
