I love NEPA cleaning pros because as promised I came home to a very clean house.

The first time, I had paid $345 for three cleaners. One in particular did a very poor job. I tried not to be in their way as they were cleaning and when they were done, they simply said goodbye before I had chance to do a walk through. My living floor was improperly cleaned. The small area rugs were not moved but rather the person cleaned around them. They were expected to clean all baseboards and they weren't cleaned. Some areas of furniture weren't dusted and there were other problems but since it was back in Nov., I can't recall. When I called to complain, the manager said he would send me a certificate for another cleaning valued at $250. On or around March 10 two women showed up and cleaned. One did a good job and the other horrible. She didn't wash the entire kitchen floor and again, some furniture was not dusted. She hadn't removed the kitchen rugs while sweeping...

The ladies were very nice. They were very professional and addressed all my questions. They did a great job cleaning and were done exactly when they said they would be, as I had an appointment scheduled shortly after.
