NEPA CLEANING PROS

I was happy with the results of the cleaning job perforrmed by NEPA Cleaning Pros staff.

Krissi, Angela, and Jessica cleaned our home May 2023. Once I realized how poorly our cleaning done I changed a 5 to a 1.

NEPA Cleaning Pros do a minimal cleaning job and cost too much money to justify their services.
My quote:

I received the baseboard dusted, a poor vacuuming of (2) rugs, some furniture dusted, ceiling fans dusted, hardwood floors dusted but left dirty, only bottom kitchen cabinets wiped where the wood is dull streaked. Everything wiped I had to polish or wipe to shine it. The ceramic tile floors were black on the paper towel when we tried to wipe up spilled water. The cleaner smell is overwhelming after two hours and lasted a week.

The 3 girls were very friendly and courteous. They all worked hard in their individual rooms. They seemed to do a good job!

The only part that wasn’t clean enough was the kitchen, I thought the cabinets
Were to be wiped down and the floor was to be wet moped. I did question Rob on that but he told me his reason for not wet mopping. I intend to have them back but will talk about what I would like done instead of assuming what will be done.

I like NEPA Cleaning Pros because they are responsible and reliable.

The staff was very friendly. It was just all the little things that caught me off guard. You have to provide your own garbage bags? Nowhere does it say that. If they claim otherwise it's a lie and they added it after this review. I got an estimate for a move out clean, which supposedly included cleaning out the fridge, but they refused. They said I needed to pay an extra 25 dollars on top of what was already owed. Then the owner refused again. Don't use these people. Don't.

Dani and crew were here...she is AMAZING!!! So pleasant, efficient and professional. ALWAYS thrilled with her as the more recent team (sorry tho, it's missing Danielle). Danielle is a great asset to the company ❤️!
Mey, Glenda and Angela were a great team! They worked so well together and did a fantastic job! We could not believe how much they were able to accomplish. I have already requested the same team to come back for monthly service. I highly recommend them!
