I really wanted to love the service provided. I did my walkthrough and was happy walking in. But I really should have taken more time on the walkthrough and went through each item because entire items on the checklist were left undone and I didn’t notice until after I had signed off and the cleaners had left. My cabinets were not wiped down at all, which was on the list. The ladies mopped the top of my floor mats but didn’t even sweep the floor beneath them much less mop it. I had multiple areas of my baseboards not even touched that were not covered by furniture. The ladies did well on some tasks but left others completely unfinished.

They were on time , did a great job with move in cleaning, very nice staff. I would recommend them for future cleaning service
