NEPA Cleaning Pros are great!! This was our first time working with the company. They are professional, prompt, friendly & hard working. We are grateful to have them working for us. I am very happy with their services. May I add........ I enjoy singing this in the car " NEPA Cleaning Pros...their the best in town....everyone knows!" Gotta love it!

If I could leave them zero stars I would.
Let me start off by saying the general manager who oversees Nepa area is absolutely rude and very unprofessional.
Here is exactly why I would never hire this company if you plan on doing a deep clean!
My 74 year old father is selling his home and moving to out of state to live with me(his daughter)
August 9th-My Dad emptied the house completely
August 10th- cleaners came and did the “deep clean” my dad contracted them for. Charging him a $325. Realtor stopped in to sign off on the cleaning and assumed it was a surface clean. Since they did clean, but didn’t do a deep clean which was on the contract
August 11th-professional photographer came and said the floors were so sticky after they dried.
Walls were not cleaned(included in contract)
Moldings were not cleaned(included in contract)

The women who cleaned were wonderful. I do feel for a "deep clean" they should be allotted more time for attention to detail.
