Bill arrived a few minutes early and assessed the water damage I had in my family room. He explained what he was going to do and went to work on it. Bill was friendly yet professional. I did assist by lifting and moving all the cords from around my TV, dvd, and computer system so he could easily clean there. The carpet looks like new. The 2 fans he left for drying the carpet has been wonderful. Not only do they dry the carpet but has helped to eliminate the original oder caused by flooding. I would highly recommend Bill for your cleaning needs!

Mediocre cleaning service with unprofessional management. They never did a “full clean” (never cleaned ceiling fan blades, window sills, corners of floors). They caused damage in my home and denied it. Then they refused to return my house key when terminated. The manager, Byron, sent rude text messages to me fighting me when I demanded the return of my house key after I ended their services! I’ll be following up with the police on the refusal to return my house keys when requested then after two weeks when demanded. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

I previously rated this a 2 star just because of customer service. However, after sending pictures of cat poop, full rooms untouched, walls untouched, closets, ceilings, etc. I was blocked (owner texts off an iphone). He originally read my text about calling me; never answered. I reached out the following two days with an attempted call and he has blocked me. The loop hole he runs is he gives you estimate based on square footage. So 3,000 square feet was $650 (although online quote was $600). He called me day of when I was asking for the cabinets to be done and told me that was not part of the deep clean and followed up with another call. In the second call he told me I had "15 hours worth of work with 5 people and to use them wherever I see fit in areas of more distress." I don't own a cleaning company and I don't know how long it takes to clean 3,000sq feet of an empty...
