We have been using the Ansley Home Cleaning services for the last 6 months and we could not be more pleased and impressed with the owner Steve and the cleaning crew. We are not always the best when it comes to maintaining our home between cleanings but they come right in and our home looks and feels so great after each visit. And we love that they use Mrs. Meyers products, that is a wonderful plus. Thank you Steve and crew for your hard work, always fast response times and overall fantastic service! We met with Ansley Home Cleaning owner, Steve, for a consultation at our home where he provided us with an estimate. Steve is a nice, friendly guy and we were excited to move forward with AHC. We scheduled our first cleaning and everything went smoothly.

Unfortunately, things changed when we had our second cleaning. The toilet in the master bathroom went completely uncleaned as did the master shower and the guest bath toilet was only partially cleaned. We were very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning service after our second appointment. We notified the company and they sent someone out to correct the issue the following day. However, the toilets still weren't fully cleaned.

At this point, we reached out to Ansley Home Cleaning to cancel our cleanings moving forward as the price of their services did not match the quality of work that we expected to...

Your home is such a private and intimate space and giving the key to someone you do not know can be a little concerning. I have never felt uncomfortable, worried or felt like I couldn't trust them in my home alone. They have always been professional, consistent, reliable and thorough. My home always smells fresh, it's clean, and feels lighter after they have visited. On days I work from home and they are servicing my home they are respectful of my privacy and tend to stay out of sight while still providing me a full service, in fact sometimes I don't even know when they have left. Change is hard and finding a new cleaning crew is no exception, your after all entrusting someone new into your home and just hoping for the best. Enter Steve the owner: One word: Wonderful! He's patient, professional and extremely meticulous. He thought of things, that my self proclaimed OCD self hadn't. I appreciate that level of attention to detail and passion to one's craft. He completely put my mind at ease, and I knew this transition was going to be much easier than I thought. Then Amber, the gem that she is, came in today and conquered. She was punctual, hardworking and just as meticulous. Seriously my house is sparkling!! I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking for the very best at a competitive price. Give them a try, I promise you wont be disappointed.
