Very disappointing experience and if only their attention to detail was as impressive as their email marketing. We interviewed a few house cleaning teams and went with Ansley. While we were looking for just a 'regular' clean, they insisted we needed a deep clean which was over double the cost. During the walk through, their representative pointed to the areas that needed deep cleaning before regular maintenance cleans - fan blades, tops of door frames, underneath kitchen cabinets, dirty light fixtures, etc. So we agreed to start with the deep clean. The team came and was very pleasant however after their visit, I began to notice a lot of the areas that were pointed out as needing deep cleaning, were not touched at all.
