Two years dealing w/them and they never, ever, ever show up when they say they'll be there. They'll schedule an afternoon appt then show up at 9 am. HERE'S THE THING: They need to be let INSIDE to spray but they always show up when nobody's around. Then they charge full price for half the work. We've had it with them. It's worse than getting cable installed and it's every month. And they couldn't care less.
