Started using pest control services at our new home we recently bought. We have a beautiful backyard that was rendered unusable during our first year here due to an awful mosquito problem. We have been using nature’s way every month for the past 5 months and we are satisfied with our results. They greatly reduced the number of mosquitoes to the point we get to enjoy our tree-lined back yard this year! We recently came across a grounded yellow jacket nest in our front yard where our young children often play. They had someone there promptly within hours to remove it. The exterminators who come always seem knowledgeable since they are able to answer any questions I have. Good customer service skills. The woman who answers when we call has always been friendly. I know nothing about yard chemicals but I’m happy to give business to a company who effectively uses natural products to get rid...

They didn't take care of my issue, I've been trying to contact them and have gotten no response. I have more wasps than before they treated I feel and it's been 2 weeks. Very disappointing for $216 service not impressed
