Many administrative issues: never got a bill until I called to get one, and nobody would come out until the bill was paid. Then the tech forgot our contract covered mice and didn’t treat infestation for months, while the mice kept chewing our Wi-Fi cable. Finally seems to be getting better recently and hopefully will continue to improve. The new automated system is already helping. Read more >
