I had a horrible time with mice infestation and was concerned about remedying this problem in a more natural way. I was thrilled to find Nature's Way. Not only did they quickly pinpoint and correct the problem, but they did it with excellent, professional service. Kudos especially to Bill and Dustin! They are the best!

An appointment was set up on Friday - April 14th for Tuesday afternoon with Andy. Our landlords contact information was included on the paperwork; however, the tenant phone numbers and names were also recorded. I called this morning to check on the appointment and get a more specific time. I was told it would be between 2 and 4 pm, no later and that the individual would call. My partner and I waited all day with no call. When I called to check at 5:20 PM - I was told the individual called multiple times with no answer. It turns out that the company was calling the landlord. When I spoke with Chris, I was told that they had no other phone numbers to call which was inaccurate. After their screw up the soonest they would be able to get to us again would be Thursday - almost a week after the initial call - which was unacceptable. We started to have an ant problem in the house this Winter. I called up Natures Way Pest Control and they responded very quickly. Keith came round and spent a lot of time explaining about the procedure and the chemicals involved. I was concerned about the products being pet friendly which they are. The inside of the house was sprayed and we noticed a difference but we needed another spray two weeks later which was free of charge. We are very happy with the service we have received and after this months spray together with using the bait we are happy to report a huge improvement. Next month they will be starting spraying the outside with natural products. I highly recommend Natures Way Pest Control and their technician Keith.
