An appointment was set up on Friday - April 14th for Tuesday afternoon with Andy. Our landlords contact information was included on the paperwork; however, the tenant phone numbers and names were also recorded. I called this morning to check on the appointment and get a more specific time. I was told it would be between 2 and 4 pm, no later and that the individual would call. My partner and I waited all day with no call. When I called to check at 5:20 PM - I was told the individual called multiple times with no answer. It turns out that the company was calling the landlord. When I spoke with Chris, I was told that they had no other phone numbers to call which was inaccurate. After their screw up the soonest they would be able to get to us again would be Thursday - almost a week after the initial call - which was unacceptable.
