I called Nature's Way on Tuesday with a flea problem in my home, Paige was very kind and understanding with my problem and made an apt for me the very next day . Tom the flea technician musician showed up the next day and listened closely to the issue's i had , he did everything he said he was going to do and even followed up to let me know when he was was finished . Thursday afternoon so far no more flea's , super satisfied with Nature's way and would highly recommend them .

For our estimate, Andy arrived promptly and took his time thoroughly explaining some of the tendencies of mice, as well as the tactics that Natures Way uses to combat mice, including the rationale for the outdoor baiting stations. At our initial, start up service Sean and Garrett were also on time. They apologized for not having enough indoor bait stations, but promised to set up more when they return on the next visit. They were confident that the outdoor bait stations "would do most of the work anyway."

I just wanted to say that Nature's Way Pest Control is an excellent company to do business with. I called their Glens Falls, NY office and they were able to send one of their technicians out the very next day to do an evaluation of my building and to offer a solution to the mice getting in.

The technician they sent (Andy) was great - he even called my cell to notify me that he was on his way to the site so that I didn't have to wait around all day, even though they generally allow for a 2 hour window of arrival.

When Andy arrived he appeared completely professional. He was wearing a clean uniform, he proved to be friendly and courteous and seemed very knowledgeable in all aspects of pest control. When he finally completed his evaluation of my building, not only did he offer a solution to my pest control problem, he even took the time to offer some suggestions...
