I cannot say enough positive things about my most recent visit from NWPC. I don’t typically write reviews but, felt compelled to after our most recent service. Due to the change of season, we developed a bit of a mouse problem. A wonderful tech (Brian Whitehead I believe) was dispatched to our home. He was on time, courteous and extremely thorough. He took his time to examine, reload and reposition our bait stations. He even went the extra mile and disposed of any mouse droppings he found. He worked quickly and efficiently but, never cut corners or gave me the impression he was rushing. I’ve had multiple techs come to our home and I can honestly say, he was BY FAR the most thorough and professional tech from any company we’ve had out to our home. I would give Nature's Way 5 stars. Everyone I've talked to on the phone was very helpful and patient. They would have someone come out right away to take care of my problem. They took care of a few bee problems that we have had. We get sprayed monthly and it takes care of our pest issues. Also, they cleaned up mold in our attic and put insulation.

Had Natures Way come out for a some pesky mice that we had no luck getting rid of.The office staff was patient,kind and knowledgeable with me as I was so anxious to get them out quick!! I was able to get an appt quickly and the technician was through and def knew his stuff! We are now on a program and have piece of mind this problem will be solved asap.Its nice to know they are only a phone call away if I have any questions or concerns.I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Office staff is friendly and helpful. Technicians do a great job preventing issues, and explaining what they do. Very responsive to needs and concerns. They resolved my mice issues, and took steps to prevent them in the future. Very satisfied, and recommend them highly.

Extremely professional service from this company. We have used them for an issue we had with carpenter ants and they resolved our problem quickly and efficiently. We have had different techs come to our home and each one was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Nature's Way to anyone!

Very professional group with very fair pricing and prompt service. Highly recommend.

Horrible waste of money. Paid them three times to come exterminate fleas, nothing they did had any effect. When I called to complain that we had spent almost $500 over two months and no results they told me "You are out of the warranty period." I asked how we could be out of warranty since they never got rid of the fleas, they said that was how they did it. Also very poor communication from them. Check the Yelp reviews before you hire them.

Had an especially great experience with our most recent associate, Will, who was doing a monthly check. He noted that one of the traps had been installed incorrectly and a previous associate had missed a relatively large hole for mice to enter -- while I'm not thrilled that the first associate missed it, I'm glad Will was able to resolve. He was also especially patient with my kids, who wanted to know about everything he was doing ; he took the time to explain every step to my kids, providing them education on mouse behavior! So far, the traps seem to be working and we haven't seen any mice since the traps were installed!
