We scheduled an appointment to have our log home protected against wood-eating ants and bees with all natural plant and flower oils. They told us to expect them some time between 8am and noon. Brian arrived at 10:30. He was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. We would definitely recommend Nature's Way.

I have animal issue last year at fall and called this company. The sale's man came to inspect to find activity of mice and squirrel and seem professional and said he is confident take care all the issue with their service. And let us do the initial setup and a year for full comprehensive service. We trusted the sale guy because he seems knowledgeable. But then he never show up and have other technician to do the work. The company changed several different person during the year, all seems not do know much, not careful, do not answer my questions and could not solve issue. Some technician even do not go to attic for several service which I pay for. Each time technician told me they will come back to report to company for the issue and company will call me. It never happen. I always have to call myself and explain to their customer server again. It seems they even do not communicate...
