The technician, Ryan, was knowledgeable and effective. He answered my questions thoroughly and took care of my Yellowjacket problem quickly.

Austin was extremely helpful! He thoroughly explored the attic and investigated our report, finding carpenter bees. He was prepared already to handle the problem and removed all of the bees from our attic, including a limited warranty on the service if they returned. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing pest control.

Garret is my exterminator and does a great job . He is always on time. He fixed the carpenter bee problem and haven’t seen any in over a year. Carpenter ants are taken care of. In the spring and summer the house and eves are sprayed for bugs and wasps. I would highly recommend them.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and proficient.

After being on hold 10 minutes, was promised a call back after she would talk to tech to give us an eta. Explained to her that its very urgent, as ground wasps stung me 7 times lastnight, they are blocking access to the hay barn, we cannot feed our rescue horses! Vet said get someone here asap as horses can have a fatal reaction if stung! Plus, We are deathly allergic! We said we could have him here even at night as its urgent, and we would pay in cash and a good tip, as in the past. 4 hours later, after no return call, we call her back, am told no not coming, not coming for a week. and the tech said no, not going to even try to come sooner, even though its life and death.
