After being on hold 10 minutes, was promised a call back after she would talk to tech to give us an eta. Explained to her that its very urgent, as ground wasps stung me 7 times lastnight, they are blocking access to the hay barn, we cannot feed our rescue horses! Vet said get someone here asap as horses can have a fatal reaction if stung! Plus, We are deathly allergic! We said we could have him here even at night as its urgent, and we would pay in cash and a good tip, as in the past. 4 hours later, after no return call, we call her back, am told no not coming, not coming for a week. and the tech said no, not going to even try to come sooner, even though its life and death.
