One of the most unprofessional experiences I have had. The technician who came out to handle the yellow jackets nest was fine but the number of times miscommunication occurred and billing discrepancies was actually very alarming. I understand things were still a bit hectic during July 2020 due to covid, but I was informed that I would be emailed a bill, not physically mailed, shortly after the service was performed. I was adamant about being emailed the bill as the address where the service was provided was not my mailing address and did not want to miss the bill or accrue late fees by accident. 3 months passed without an email, which they should have had on file as I was asked by customer service reps multiple times to confirm my email address.
