I recently had a service done for powder post beetles on our home. I was assured that drop cloths would be placed wherever they were spraying. Turns out that was incorrect. The technician left over spray all over the floor, tv, appliances, windows the list goes on. When he left he said it should be an easy clean. Days later we are still cleaning it up. We sent pictures of it all to the company for proof and they quickly took care of the situation. They comped the service which wasn't cheap and even offered to have someone come out to clean which I thought was beyond generous. You just don't find customer service like that anymore. Overall I'm very pleased with nature's way, I would recommend and will call them again for any future pest needs!

Our applicator, Tony, is excellent. He has truly changed the pests at our homestead, reducing mice infestations and Carpenter bees! And it’s always with a smile. Great attention to detail and has saved us from yellow jackets in the bilco door and always greets our chickens and rooster by name. Very pleased with the service provided and so glad to have a natural alternative for pest maintenance.
