Natures Way Pest Control Burlington

I am very happy with my experience at Nature's Way Pest Control. Their customer service on the phone and in person during the actual appointment was very professional. They were able to schedule an appointment right away for me when I called and they have been willing to work with my schedule for follow up appointments. The tech, Jen, also took the time to point out a small leak in my basement that I did not see which I was very grateful for. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I cancelled Nature's Way some time ago after a transition from JP to Lee. It seemed too difficult to get advance notice for visits to apartments I manage. Considering advance notice is the law, it's kind of important. Even on occasions with advance notice, Lee rarely called ahead of time to give me a chance to meet with her to provide full access. There were times when she just relied on the tenants for access which shut me out of the process. She also was unaware of the location of traps already laid out by JP. I continue to find traps to this day.

While everyone was very nice at Nature's Way, they are a bit too disorganized for my taste.

We just had Lee stop by for an estimate. She’s so friendly (very patient even with questions from my 4 children!), knowledgeable and even got rid of a tiny new Yellowjacket nest that just appeared on our front porch! Highly recommend! Nature’s Way will be our first call with any future pest control needs.

Recently had a great experience with Lee. She came to our house to give us an estimate for a carpenter ant problem. She was very honest and told us we probably didn't need the company's services at this time. She gave us some recommendations for how to deal with the root cause of our pest situation, which didn't involve what the company does. This kind of honesty and integrity is hard to come by. I'm very impressed. If we ever do need pest control this company will be the first people we call!

Overall a disappointing experience. The gal that comes out to sell you various services (Lee?) seems quite sharp and knowledgeable, but the gal they sent out to perform the work was clueless, and contradicted much of what Lee stated. She clumsily tried to set us up with additional services without performing the ones we'd already agreed upon, and more or less intimated the money we'd spent thus far was a waste.

Our first treatment, which we came to find out was a "replant", resulted in an explosion of carpenter ants throughout our home. We had up to this point, never seen one inside before.

Further, as part of our agreement, they were supposed to treat for ticks and mosquitoes as well, which did not happen. Their representative indicated we'd receive a call "next week" (almost two weeks ago) to schedule a separate visit where this work...

Lee, of Nature's Way is SPECTACULAR!!! In the four decades of treating various pests in and around the house no individual, or company, has done such a professional, courteous or efficient job as these people. If only more companies could be like this one!!!!!

This company was amazing, took care of all of our needs and then some. Highlight to Lee who was the most professional and helpful not to mention knowledgeable person, she explained the entire process to us before proceeding to eradicate the issue at hand. I would highly recommend Lee and Nature’s Way to anyone needing pest control assistance in their home!!!

Quick, efficient, professional, and reputable! My husband and I called on a Friday due to noise in our crawl space of our house. They were able to come by the following Tuesday, no questions asked. She estimated that a squirrel got up there, so although she was not equipped to safely trap and handle that day, she gave many suggestions for how to handle it.

We would gladly use them again and recommend to our friends!
