The people at Nature's Way are all entirely pleasant, but aside from being ineffective and expensive, there are multiple problems with their service.
Our initial concern had to do with squirrels getting into the walls of our home. The wildlife expert, the only one, apparently, NW has working for them at this time, fixated on one point of entry, ignored several others, and installed a single wire mesh (that was subsequently found bent and an incomplete barrier). When the problem continued, it took quite a while to get him back on site at which point he admitted that what we needed was much more extensive and that we could probably "save ourselves some money" by getting some patio stone to place along the outside.
On the mouse/ant/wasp front, months into NW's program, mice were gone, yes, but ants continued to be an issue. In fact, when we started...
