Set up an appoint a week in advance. They said the technician would be here “on Wednesday” and couldn’t give a specific time slot. Called back day before and day of to ask for a specific time of arrival. They couldn’t give any. Then on the day of the appointment they just didn’t show up. Pretty unprofessional and unorganized. Taking business elsewhere.
