Scheduling with Nature's Way is VERY difficult. I was already on their calendar from last year, but had yet to be informed. When I called to reschedule I was routed to a voicemail and later received an email informing me of the date I was assigned. It was a 9 hour service window. We rearranged our schedule to accommodate and be home for the entire service window and the technician arrived an hour late at 6pm. This was the 4th or 5th time that they had arrived outside of a service window. We committed to a service plan on the first visit before we realized this is how they always seem to do business. Although I like that they use green products, the scheduling experience is enough of a pain point to warrant us looking elsewhere for our future pest needs.
