I’ve been involved with Naples Vitality for about 3 months now and it is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself!

Joined this program because Dr.King believes in addressing the root cause of disease, and not just “fixing” the symptoms. We live in a toxic world; this program teaches one how to survive in it and turn it around to one’s greater good. The benefits I have achieved from this program go ,beyond my health and weight loss. Dr King and the entire team are wonderful! I feel very supported and cared for in the program. Dr. King and staff are the best. I'm just beginning my journey but so much support already.

This experience has been extraordinary. I started the program with a lot of questions. I had diabetes, high blood pressure, acid reflux, and a great deal of pain. All of which required prescription medication. I did not understand how the program would enable me to reduce my medication. Well, now I understand what Dr. King and his wonderful staff was telling me. Gradually over the past six months, I have eliminated my medication one at a time. I am no longer diabetic; I no longer have high blood pressure; I don't have acid reflux; and, my pain has been reduced from taking 4 pain pills and 8 nerve pills to 1 pain pill and 2 nerve pills as needed. Plus, I have lost over 60 pounds. This program is AWESOME!!!

Naples Vitality has been the healthiest thing I’ve ever done in my life for myself. Dr King and all his staff are amazing. Extremely helpful in every way on my journey to better health.

I undertook Dr. King's program because I wanted to lose weight and feel better -- not just feel better about the way I looked, but also to simply just feel better. Dr. King's program emphasizes the idea of a lifestyle change. In other words, this is not a diet. The goal is to change the way we think about food and health, rather than briefly alter our diet before returning to our previous diet/lifestyle. As a result, this food/health literacy changes our outlook and behavior which in turn allow us to achieve our health and wellness goals. I began the program in late July and am down nearly 30 pounds in the last 6 months. More importantly, however, I feel so much better. Omitting certain foods from my diet and approaching what I eat with new questions and concerns has helped to eradicate what used to be daily struggles with heaviness, low energy, and congestion.
