Naples Vitality

Had a great experience with Naples Vitality. I did a two month gut healing and cleanse and learned so much through the program videos And weekly meetings. I thought I knew a lot about my health and eating healthy before starting the program and soon realized - how important it was to keep learning!!
Stephanie was amazing on the coaching calls - her questions got me to think and became more aware of food sensitivities.
I lost an additional 7 lbs that I didn’t need to lose however all said and done my body feels light and clear from inflammation!! YEAH

I’ve learned so much from my experience with Naples Vitality. I started and immediately had to pause briefly, and then added supplements more slowly than others due to reactions. In other words, I’m not the normal client who goes through, and I’ve been behind. No one ever made me feel like I was a problem or more work. They were so helpful, and always willing to make suggestions and look into a new food etc. They worked with me and helped as I went through the program. I have long standing, fairly severe gut issues, and they patiently worked with me and made adjustments. I’m on the right track now, and have ideas of what to do next. I had a great experience following this program and it was a pleasure working with Farnaz and Jessica! It's not magic but I put in the work and am amazed at the results. I could barely get out of a chair with creaking knees and if I got down on the floor I could NOT get up without assistance. Now, easy peasy! Constant pain in my neck and shoulders also gone! Major sleep improvement too! And much better energy...I am 75 and want to stay mobile and independent. Very caring and supportive people.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. King and his staff at Naples Vitality. Dr. King is amazing. His concern for patients and his ability to explain medical tests and what his goals are simply put you at ease. Farnaz has been my coach throughout the process. She is amazing. Always offering encouragement, ideas for recipes, where to buy products, sending me exercise clips, etc. I originally signed up for the 6 month program and recently decided to do a two month reboot in order to continue healing my gut and make more progress on my health journey. I'm very happy with Naples Vitality, it is a bit pricy but if you are proactive it will work, Dr. King is very personable and professional. All of the team members are very helpful.

I have been experiencing chronic muscle and joint pain for many years that led me to miss out on lots of life experiences. 4 years ago I also began to notice floating poop along with other changes in my body which I accounted to aging.

Everyday I was battling pain and taking pain relievers regularly. I had been to rheumatologist and they could not find any markers for my chronic pain except I do have arthritis in all joints.
