I went in yesterday with a party of 5 for dinner. .Food was ok, no complaints. We finished, paid and left. Tonight went back with a party of 13. At the end of the meal on the receipt was "suggested gratuity" 20% of the price. I paid only 17% of the suggested gratuity (on my own bill only) and the waiter send the manager AT THE TABLE to the ask for the $2.50 missing from the "suggested tip". She said that was policy. I said: yesterday all 5 of us paid you 15 % on top of the suggested gratuity and waiter did not come back to complain that she got too much did she? I felt it was poorly handled. I get it. They work hard but don't think I work less hard than you and don't think that it is a must to get tipped at 20%. Or don't say "suggested" gratuity

We were in a big rush (needed to leave in 45 minutes) and we asked if we could order right away when the drinks were ordered. The waitress accepted and at the end of the meal offered to bring the check early so we could head out. In addition, the food was **incredible**. Mediterranean is the best.

I come here often. The food is great. A little pricey with some of the plates & the wait & bar staff is always very inconsiderate. I have met a handful and not once have I felt welcome. I come back only for the food not for the experience.

Fantastic chicken wings. One of the best restaurants in Springfield.
