Nadim's Downtown

I enjoy the food and the experience here. But I am disappointed and I felt bad when I found out that when I tip the To Go girls they do NOT receive the tips. It goes back to Nadim’s restaurant.

I think the tips should go to the kind girls taking the To Go orders.

Nadims is our favorite restaurant in Springfield, our server Ella, is probably the best server I’ve ever had. Nadims and Ella provide excellent food and service consistently.

Come in to town regularly and thought I would try Nadim’s. Just me, wanted to try something different. Ordered creme soup and the Mediterranean Salmon with mashed taters. The soup was great as was the salmon. So far the best food I have had while in Springfield

Amazing food and amazing flavor and what gave us extra pleasure And extra flavor Is the Gratitude we received from the owner Nadim and his assistant Wisam and extra ordinary waitress Julie she was supper explaining the food and the menus and providing the service with supper talent !!

Service was horrible. Took forever to get water. The waitress looked like she was bored. Couldn't get a little polite smile from her. When we tried to ask some questions about the menu, the answers were tainted with a tone saying like we are waisting her time. I was ready to spend a few hundreds on a good meal for my family there but we decide that we deserved better service for the price we would probably pay and we decided to go somewhere else. Anyway we were never able order any food we were just there with our menu closed with no water, no bread waiting like fools for 15 minutes. Maybe the food is good but I can't comment on it. The service was horrible.
