Jill is an amazing bartender. Great food recommendations. She knew entire menu. Rocked bar. And Nadim is hidden gem in Springfield MA. Food simply amazing. Will come back. Soon. Very soon. WOW!!!

I am giving this place a two star on the simple fact that I was told on multiple occasions (Last week and the week prior) that they had a designated fryer for their falafel and other non meat products. Today, I go in and I was told that they do not have a designated fryer and that things do get contaminated. I attempted to inform her that I was told on multiple occasions over the past couple weeks which is upsetting! I AM STRICTLY VEGAN SO THIS IS NOT OKAY!!!! Just when I thought this was a place I could depend on to do me right, NOPE! Disappointing!

EDIT: After receiving a response from the owner and a personal call regarding the issue! I was informed that he would look into it to make sure it does not happen again. Even if they never get another fry later, I happy knowing that he took this matter seriously because that says a lot about the integrity of a person which...

Super friendly wait staff, Mediterranean food very very tasty, very accommodating usually come here once or twice a month
