Nadim's Downtown

Quite possibly the worse rude service I have seen. Plus it’s an open restaurant allegedly with both men’s and ladies restrooms both out of service. Food average at best!

They typically have good food but poor service - which they should improve especially since they are downtown and close to the casino. Multiple tables open outside but since we didn't have a reservation we were sat inside despite asking for an outside table. Now we are waiting 30+ minutes to even place an order. I dont remember it being this slow and with less than half restaurant at capacity. I did expect better Nadim's, what a disappointment.

We loved this restaurant. We came up to Springfield just for a one night get away with the pups. This restaurant was right around the corner from our hotel. There was plenty of outside dining but we did takeaway! Food was delicious. The service picking up was great. We will definitely come again.Appetizers kibby lamb shank and salmon were perfect. Rice was delish! Thank you for the great food !

Love the food EXCELLENT service

We stopped in and had lunch, because of their excellent rating. It turns out that the rating doesn't go high enough! If we could give them a 10 we would. Their dipping sauce Toum [not sure of the spelling] was just incredible and the Mezza [several different appetizers on one plate] even more so. The service provided by Jill, was equally excellent and we could not recommend them highly enough. We being a Middle Eastern Food Aficionados for the past 35 years, we really know what we like. Nadim's is the definition of the most awful/ worst service we have ever encountered from both our server and hosting staff! It's truly disgusting that such service is possible to a customer supporting your business- especially during these times. But on the food front- the entire one star goes to the calamari which was the best we've all had- simply fantastic. We also had the pasta salad with chicken (incredibly oily and not very good), lamb (good meat quality but zero flavor), mash potatoes (were ok), fried salmon appetizer (out right awful), fries (drenched in oil). I do not recommend this place to anyone!- sorry for the confusion as I moved this review to my Local Guide account (I only review on this account as well as Yelp)
