Nadim's Downtown

Love the food here but have one concern. I do Airbnb stays and send my guests to Nadim's, raving about the healthy dishes they can order. One guest went early tonight and was greeted well. She was told the tables were taken but she could sit at the bar and order. It worked out well for her. A half hour later I sent a couple who were told the tables were by reservation ONLY and all were taken. Never were they told they could wait for a table or that they could order from the bar. They even called ahead prior to arriving but couldn't get through. They were spoken to very abruptly and the husband left angry. Please let your staff know, whether it is a busy Saturday night or not, treat all customers with respect and kindness. These people came from out of state to have a good experience in Springfield and this is the memory they will be leaving with. I want to continue to...

My wife called the restaurant phone three times trying to make reservation, nobody answered the phone. Then, we thought let’s go to the restaurant directly. When we got there, we were told we needed reservation. We shown the waiter the calling records, and were told we had to have reservation. Bad experience!

Best large group dinner experience with Z. She was the best and was so sweet. Service and food were both outstanding

Great place....My friend took me here for a birthday dinner and everything was perfect, the food was excellent, we both had a chicken dish with rice. The chocolate mousse cake was a delicious dessert and the coffee was fantastic. The waitress was friendly and professional and the restaurant was very welcoming with a nice atmosphere. They have a nice bar here and an outdoor patio for when the weather is nice. There are very good menu options so everyone will find something delicious to choose. It's not very big and reservations are recommended.

The time that I did go the meat was very tough the service took too long to get to you I avoided like to bionic plague

It starts with the owner,Nadim.He is warm,caring and and engaging. If that weren’t enough the quality of their food is wonderful. Try the lamb stew with rice. This is a special restaurant!!
