Our home suffered smoke and ash damage during the December 30, 2021 Marshall, Colorado fire. We called Servpro of Broomfield/Arvada the following week, and they came out within a couple of days. We filled out a contract, a somewhat uncomfortable experience since we were still in shock as a result of the fire - 7 houses across the culdesac from us perished in the fire. That same day, Servpro scrubbed the air and was out the next day to start cleaning. We vacated our house while the cleaning took place. Servpro performed a QC on the work and found it lacking, and so called the workers back to do a more thorough job. Some accidents occurred and Servpro is reimbursing me for those losses/repairs, which were pretty minimal considering the amount of cleaning that took place.
