During the freeze in January my dishwasher malfunctioned with a faulty piece in it and it started leaking, drip by drip. Once things started to thaw, I didn't know it was happening until I went to the basement a day later and saw water on the floor of a back room. I called Servpro and they came over immediately. I thought it would take them a long time since the city was having pipe issues everywhere! They brought in a crew and two large drying out machines which they hooked up. They were very careful with my wood floors, cabinets, etc. And they came back and checked the status every day for three days. Finally things were dry and they were able to remove the machines. Everyone who came was very polite and a great worker. I would highly recommend them if you have water issues! Read more >

Martin’s crew (Martin, Jonathan, & Israel) were all professional, expedient, patient (with all my questions) and effective! So respectful of my family (including my dog) coming and going and also of my home. SO glad Servpro was recommended. Martin was fantastic interpreting for his team when I couldn’t communicate directly, offering to show me what they had done, what to expect and several times mentioned “I am so sorry this happened to you”.
