Servepro was recommended by my handyman, plus I was pleased that they were a preferred provider of sorts with my homeowners insurance. I originally planned to use them for both the water mitigation and restoration parts of my project.

Water Mitigation: They came out quickly and Ernesto did a good job managing that part of the project, but my goodness the prices were exorbitant. But alas, I had water that needed mitigation and so I decided to proceed.

Restoration: I was turned over to Dave, who left off multiple areas of damage on the estimate that he submitted to my insurance. Since Servpro is a preferred provider, State Farm based the scope of work solely on their estimate and so I've been fighting with State Farm for months now trying to get the missing items covered.

Servpro overall was excellent. Mobilized crew quickly and efficiently. Team was very communicating with everything going on. Gave us great peace of mind all was taken care of. Excellent service would recommend highly.

I wish I could give a better review but I can’t, the gents that came to survey the damage were incredible. They really took the time to listen to our needs and gave us a great quote. They constantly checked on us and made sure everything was going well.
The problem was the workers who came to fix the problem, they worked hard but they left paint on the floor, the TV, the sink, the fire place, the counters and my sink. Mind you they left paint on more things but I didn’t want to write a novel. They also took some property, and before you ask this item was not close to falling off where it was kept. So there lies yet another problem that can never be corrected.
But the real problem was that the only time I was contacted was when they wanted payment. I couldn’t believe they never once came to see if the the work was up to their standards. You think someone would ask you to...

We had a pipe break in are house and we had to have a floor replaced because of it and they came and put in are new floor and they did a great job

Both girls were professional, never stopped working in 4-5 hours, were respectful and I would only ask for them on my next need.
