We stopped by to take a look and met Billy, the owner. It was late afternoon so we came back the next day to rent and the customer service was fantastic. Billy explained everything and made us all feel welcome and watch a safety video. The rental experience was great as well, all forms are online. We toured Myrtle Beach and saw places we otherwise would have missed. The slingshot was fantastic (new), and performed flawlessly. After viewing multiple slingshots on site appearing unreserved and unspoken for, called to rent one because no one was in the office ( was middle of the day - during normal business hours). Was told they were all already booked for the remaining 8 hours of "open time" business rented them until that day and the entire following day all of their slingshots were already booked completely up... ( Potential rent time slots for their slingshots were by the hour, every 4 hours, or all day which they consider 8 hours ... ) . It would be much more beneficial to current potential customers if they kept their website a little more up to date whether there are any available rentals onsite or possible cancellations for in the near future slingshot rental opportunities ......
