I booked a few ago, great and easy online, when I arrived in MB, I had to cancel due to personal reasons back in Iowa, called and left a message, the owner called me back few minutes later, I told him of my issue, said he was the new owner, asked me to text my info for a refund, little later I received a text saying everything was refunded, new owner...he keeps doing business the RIGHT WAY, he will be the owner for a long time!
