We had called wanting to rent two Slingshots. When you call the phone number it instructs you to book reservations and pay on their web site so we did. We arrived at noon which was our time. The lights were on and open sign lit up, but the door was locked and nobody was there. Another couple with reservations showed up also. After many tries to contact them we finally called another slingshot rental company and he had another contact number to call. We finally got through and turns out the guy was on vacation. The man finally called back and we got our money back, but if you own a business and leave the open sign on, at least leave someone else in charge while you're gone. He was apologetic and said he never got a notification and I feel bad ruining his 5 star rating, but that business practice needs a little refining. He lost 3 rentals over it.
