Meher was a great customer service agent. In the days of lacking customer service.. she was informative, thorough and worked and tried above and beyond to retain me as I was trying to cancel. She convinced me to monitor this service for another month before I make a decision to cancel.

She answered all my questions so I could understand perfectly.

Grace was wonderful! She helped me set up my affiliate portal after I was disconnected with another rep who was also Superb. She was patient, thorough, detailed and very knowledgeable.
