My interaction with sumira Williams was great, I initially called to cancel my trial. She offered to help me by giving me a tour of the tools offered by myfreescorenow and extended the trial so I could use them at the price of $1 which I didn’t mind since now I had more tools at my disposal other than just my credit score. Give her a raise! She sold your products very well!

Samaria, customer service was phenomenal when I called her I was on the edge of canceling my plan only simply because I didn’t know how to utilize the website and it was just starting to rack up charges on my credit card but after speaking to Samaria she walk me through the whole website and explain every question that I had for her very detail I end up finding out that this website is really amazing at helping you figure out the problems on your credit score, and also give you a game plan in the future on how to maintain to healthy credit score, which was amazing something that I was looking for and after speaking to her and answering all my questions I am now happy to keep my account open, thank you Samaria
