First Class service. An accountant sent me the link to sign up but the OTP did not show up for about 5 minutes. By the time it came the system message 'failed' popped up.
While in the process of re-starting the process Similda Williams called from My Free Score Now. At first I felt a little weird to verify my info and wondered if it was a scam. I have Identity Theft issues from the past. I tried calling the accountant but she wasn't available.
I proceeded with Ms. Williams as she patiently guided me through the process explaining everything in detail while giving me time to complete each task after she resent the OTP.I imagine her goal was the successful completion of the payment, it was money well spent.
