The LA event this week was phenomenal! Please read.... Ive spoken to several agents with client 3B report not reporting on Equifax after several months of service and each agent informed me to have client call Equifax to have equifax update file. Then I should be able to pull another report. Well Ive done this several times and not successful. Today I called once again but MS KAT was able to fix the issue within minutes. I dont know her title but she should be a trainer because she knew how to fix my issue without putting me on an extended hold while waiting for a supervisor to assist her.
