Thank you very much for walking me through each tab module and explaining in complete detail making sure understanding was processed. I mean what a blessing in a person. Ms. Williams allowed me to complete the steps as she shared them with me. I was able to execute right then. This allowed me to ensure everything was done correctly while I was on the phone. She provided suggestions and helped with clean communication she is phenomenal and an extreme professional.
