Not only do they get a detailed credit report update every 30 days but they also get a $1 million dollar policy in identity theft insurance which is incredible. The customer support team is excellent. Every time I call to ask a question or need help with an issue Somaira always answers every question and fixes every issue, she is amazing. I called to cancel my membership after free trial because i couldnt log in. Pam helped me to log into the account and she also showed me how to use the tools myfreescorenow has available. She was very knowledgeable and explained how the tools worked.
