I called to cancel my membership because I felt like that was a high price and I had a different offer that did the same or similar services. John convinced me to stay and explained to me if I stay it’ll help my credit also took the time to walk me through the steps of How I can boost it for 131 Points just by following the steps that are in your system. He was a very big help and very convincing. He deserves a bonus and a raise because he was definitely very knowledgeable and helpful and convincing along with showing proof of what he said great job!! John, and thank you for all your help.
