And the representative that help me was Ms Summer, I will first start off by saying In all my years of being in sales and customers services I have never been more IMpressed by her ability to listen to my concerns and was able to address all my issues and things that I needed resolutions on. She was also able to give me some helpful hints to help me increase my credit score, I thought she did a tremendous job in making sure I was well satisfied and had no further concerns . I was extremely impressed with her demeanor and just overall attentive and positive attitude along with her ability to deliver on her promise which was to keep me as a client.
